Delivery Policy

Standard delivery is anticipated within 5-7 working days from the date of order confirmation. This may vary depending on style and availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Delivery

Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) will be delivered within 10-15 days from the date of order confirmation. Once a COD (Cash on Delivery) order is confirmed but not accepted, EchoStudio will no longer process any COD orders from the customer until the payment is made in full via prepaid methods.

Ready to Ship Products

Products classified as "Ready to Ship" will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Returns

Return is not applicable, alteration if any is possible or a credit note can be issued for full amount that can be availed on the website.

Exchanges
Refunds

Refunds are not available. Instead, a credit note will be issued to the customer.

Size Alterations

Size alterations are available upon request and subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of request.

Discounted Items

All sales of discounted items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these products.

International Orders

Exchanges or returns are not permitted for international orders.

Cancellations
Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a credit note, which will be issued within 7 business days. The credit note will be valid for 2 months. Cancellations after 24 hours are not eligible for a credit note.

Order Cancellation by Echo Studio

Echo Studio reserves the right to cancel any order if there are issues with payment verification, stock availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit note will be issued to the customer.
