Delivery Policy

Cancellations

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a credit note, which will be issued within 7 business days. The credit note will be valid for 2 months. Cancellations after 24 hours are not eligible for a credit note.

Echo Studio reserves the right to cancel any order if there are issues with payment verification, stock availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit note will be issued to the customer.
